|   |  | Noushin Rahman-Blake Noushin is a parent of three children. She has a background 
in business sales and communication and as a trained counsellor, she ran a 
practice focussing on stress management. She has been a School Governor and previously 
worked as a Parent Support Worker. Together with Dawn, she ran a popular and 
successful Parent and Toddler group. She has worked within the local Asian community
running parenting workshops and within a multi-cultural setting in Watford.
Noushin is very experienced at running parenting courses with a special interest in 
the challenges facing parents of pre-teen and teenage children. |  | 
 
 
 
|   |  | Dawn Pickles Dawn is a parent of two grown up children. She worked with Noushin 
for 4 years to run a popular and successful Parent and Toddler group and worked 
as a volunteer in a primary school to support Foundation and KS1 children with 
their reading. For 9 years, she ran Hope for Autism, a support group for parents 
of children on the autistic spectrum. She has worked with a local school and a 
nursery to plan, write and implement their Access and Inclusion policies. 
She now runs a variety of parenting courses with a special interest children 
with disabilities and additional needs, and also managing challenging behaviour across all ages. |  |
